Built as the next evolution of Revenue Architecture, this course blends strategy, systems thinking, and AI-native design to equip teams with the tools to diagnose, design, and operationalize a modern Growth Machine.

Across four sessions, participants explore real-world case studies, structured models, and actionable planning frameworks — all aimed at helping them achieve long-term, capital-efficient growth. Whether you’re leading Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS, this course provides a common language and blueprint to align your team around compounding impact, not just pipeline.

Session 1: How Recurring Revenue Works

  • Explore the core drivers of recurring revenue: acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Compare SaaS-native and AI-native growth strategies and how they influence GTM design.
  • Use the Growth, Revenue, and Data Models to visualize how recurring revenue systems perform.
  • Simulate growth outcomes using levers like churn, ARPA, onboarding speed, and retention decay.
  • Apply scientific thinking to the GTM strategy using scenario analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.

Session 2: How Compound Growth Works

  • Diagnose whether a company’s growth is compounding or decaying — and why.
  • Quantify GTM Efficiency and Cost of Growth using internal performance data.
  • Model and compare the economics of acquisition vs. retention/expansion.
  • Design a first-pass growth loop architecture with the right sequence and telemetry.
  • Simulate feedback loops and identify the levers that bend the growth curve.

Session 3: Architecting Modern Growth Machines

  • Define the components of a Growth Machine: systems, processes, and people.
  • Model a standardized data architecture with real-time, cohort-level insights.
  • Operationalize frameworks like SPICED into daily GTM processes.
  • Identify the evolving role of people as interpreters, coaches, and loop stewards.
  • Build a draft Operating Model that drives compounding through structure and cadence.

Session 4: Growth Architecture in Action

  • Apply frameworks, diagnostics, and models directly to your own business.
  • Run short, practical exercises to test loop architectures, refine system design, and gather peer feedback in real time.
  • Turn insight into implementation — diagnosing, designing, and optimizing a live Growth Machine using real or sample data.
  • Define roles of people as interpreters, coaches, and governors of compounding systems.
  • Leave with a refined Growth Machine blueprint and clear next steps to operationalize compounding growth within your organization.
