Bowtie Analytics delves into the process of transforming data from a CRM and other sources into a standardized dataset. This dataset will serve as the foundation for your business analysis and benchmarking efforts. In this course, we will explore key aspects such as defining metrics, establishing calculation methodologies, mastering spreadsheet techniques for normalization, and interpreting data in the context of industry benchmarks. This course is designed as a practical guide to complement your knowledge from the Revenue Architecture course.

 

Session 1: Bowtie Fluency & Analysis Methodologies

In this session, we delve into different approaches for conversion calculations, with a special emphasis on comparing cohorts and milestones. Additionally, this session will provide comprehensive coverage of Bowtie fluency, including the definition of essential terms related to key metrics used in Bowtie analysis, as well as overviews of the calculation, analysis, and interpretation processes.

Session 2: Left Side of Bowtie Interpretation

This session will focus on the left-hand side of the Bowtie. This session will cover key pre-sales metrics and is aimed at improving decision-making through insights obtained from pre-sale bowtie numbers and analysis.

Session 3: Right Side of Bowtie Interpretation

This session will focus on the right-hand side of the Bowtie. This session will cover key post-sales metrics and is aimed at improving decision-making through insights obtained from full bowtie numbers and analysis.

Prerequisites

Learners are best equipped for this course if they have completed the Revenue Architecture course.
