Across three sessions, participants explore real-world case studies, structured models, and actionable planning frameworks — all aimed at helping them achieve long-term, capital-efficient growth. Whether you’re leading Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS, this course provides a common language and blueprint to align your team around compounding impact, not just pipeline.

Session 1: How Recurring Revenue Works

  • Introduces the foundation of modern growth: treating revenue as a system.
  • Explore how high-performing companies align acquisition, retention, and expansion through models like the Revenue Factory and the Bowtie.
  • Participants walk away with a map of their revenue streams and the data structures required for scalable, predictable growth.

Session 2: How Compound Growth Works

  • Focus on identifying whether a business is compounding or decaying — and how to reverse the trend.
  • Learn how modern GTM teams design self-reinforcing loops (viral, expansion, advocacy).
  • Conduct a Bowtie Diagnostic and Growth System State Check to identify leaks and redesign motions for efficiency and impact.
  • Participants draft a loop architecture tailored to their business context and stage.

Session 3: Architecting Modern Growth Machines

  • Bring systems, processes, and people together into one growth operating system.
  • Design a standardized data model for real-time visibility and AI-native execution.
  • Translate strategy into repeatable action with frameworks like SPICED.
  • Define roles of people as interpreters, coaches, and governors of compounding systems.
  • Participants leave with a custom Growth Machine blueprint — including cadence, incentives, scorecards, and executive behaviors — ready for implementation.
