Managers will learn the skills of effective leaders, focusing on how to apply key metrics, skills development, 1:1 meetings, and call scorecards to the rhythm of their teams. This course has hands on templates and tools that managers will build out in real time.

Description

  • 4 live 2-hour sessions weekly

Session 1: Revenue Metrics and Math

  • Identify the metrics to track, understand why they are important, and learn how to use them to set clear and achievable goals for your team
  • After identifying the metrics, split them by channel, prioritize them, and explore next-level equations

Session 2:  Issue Diagnosis and REKS 

  • Explore the what, why, and how of issues, and discover approaches for their effective resolution
  • Enhance close rates by effectively implementing the REKS framework

Session 3: Metric-Based Leadership and 1:1s

  • Use 1:1 meetings to help your direct reports succeed in their role by incorporating career development and aligning meeting cadence with sales velocity
  • Utilize the appropriate metrics to influence decision-making and develop into an exceptional leader

Session 4: Call Scorecards and "What Good Looks Like"

  • Explore call scorecards to establish a quantitative measurement for effectively conducting calls
  • Build, implement, and create a scoring schema for the perfect call scorecard.

Prerequisites

It is recommended, but not required, to take Managing for Impact prior to taking this course.
