Frontline managers and revenue enablement professionals and teams will learn how to become impactful, skilled facilitators, able to support the coaching and reinforcement of tactics and methodologies amongst their teams.

This course is structured to enhance the abilities of frontline managers and revenue enablement professionals and teams, equipping them with advanced facilitation and coaching skills. Participants will undergo a comprehensive training program to gain certification as skilled facilitators and coaches, enabling them to effectively assist and lead others within their organizations.
Learners should plan to complete the pre- and post-session work for each of the live sessions. Allow approximately 5 hours per week for course work, one (1) hour for pre-work, plus the two (2) hour live session attendance, as well as (2) hours for post-session work. Post-session exercises will be collectively evaluated to earn certification after the final live session.
